Headstand (Sirsasana / Viparita-Karani)

Sirsasana - Headstand

Headstand/Sirsasana: Rest the head on the ground, and point the feet upwards, the first day only for a second, and increase the duration daily.” –Hatha-yoga-Pradipika (3.80)
