About The Founder
His Holiness Avadhuta Sri Ramakrishnananda Babaji Maharaja is the founder of the Ramakrishnananda Sakshi Yoga Center. He is a master of the Hatha yoga path of the Vedic system, a Hindu monk and an enlightened yogi who follows the mystical paths of Hinduism. He studied this classical form of yoga under the guidance of Swami Vishnudevananda, Swami Sivananda's disciple.
Ramakrishnananda Yoga
Ramakrishnananda Yoga is the style of hatha yoga as it is taught by His Holiness Avadhuta Sri Ramakrishnananda Babaji Maharaja. This physical yoga places an emphasis on a meditative practice, supported by steady awareness to the body and mind, deep relaxation, and conscious and deep breathing. It is based on 12 of the main hatha yoga postures (asanas), and their variations.
Integral Yoga System
Our approach to yoga consists of a system that integrates all the main paths of yoga in a complete way. It is an integral yoga that harmonizes between the human being’s physical, intellectual, emotional and energetic aspects. Ramakrishnananda Yoga Center promulgates a spiritual process which can be applied into ones daily life.
